Job Description

We need an agent, or possibly a small team of agents that can make outbound calls on payday loan applications.

We will provide you with the leads. You will make outbound calls to the customers and ask them to complete their application process over the phone with you. You will required to leave messages on voicemail if the customer does not answer.

You will enter the application data into our form, and hit submit. You will get either a "DECLINED" or "ACCEPTED" response. If accepted, you will be required to transfer the call the call to a toll-free number. There, you will need to provide the representative with a Application ID and complete the transfer.

At this time, we do NOT have phone service established for this project. You will be required to provide your phone service (keep this in mind when placing your bid).

At this time, all leads will be provided in EXCEL spreadsheet.

If agent works fast, and is good on the phone with customers, they will be able to get more complete applications which in turn mean more APPROVED applications.

If agent is good, we may pay bonus based on the number of APPROVED and successfully transferred applications. Agent will be required to keep track of the applications that are approved and successfully transferred.

Agent will need to be easily understood while speaking in English.

Calls will be made to US phone numbers.

This project will be temporary and have the ability to become permanent depending on productivity. Agent is required to work between the hours of 8am to 6pm Central Time (Agent does not have to work this whole time, just has to work withing this time period )
