Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Reconciliation and filing of quarterly payroll reports
• Reconciliation and processing of weekly payroll
• Prepare and present month end financials
• Receive incoming calls and direct appropriately.
• Record all accounting and activities and transactions in the accounting system
• Reconciliation and filing monthly sales tax reports
• Maintain high quality accounting files and financial records.
