COMPENSATION PACKAGE (WEEKLY PAYMENT):

Hourly Rate: $2 to $4/hr or more depending on qualities and experience

For $4/hr rate:
8hrs of work for 5 days: Php 7,023.200 or $160
8hrs of work for 20 days: Php 28,092.800 or $640

($ to PHP conversion is based on the Yahoo Finance exchange rate of 43.895 on June 22 6:10 PM Ph Time)



ABOUT THE JOB:
1) General I.T. support for clients and CSRs
2) help the BDS and Programs Manager to work on QA (evaluation of calls if with QA experience)
3) Load Customer Databases
4) assist BDS, program manager on special tasks/projects
5) etc

This is a GLOBAL leading brand that needs Support Specialists w/ the following qualifications:

1. 1-2yrs total exp in either inbound/outbound setting
2. excellent internet connection - able to do VOIP phone & screen sharing at the same time (with knowledge on TeamViewer, LogMeIn, GoToSupport and other support tools)
3. preferably w/ excellent conversational English & no accent
4. CRM experience - using and supporting
5. w/ good phone habits
6. call quality oriented (can build rapport, etc.)
7. has the enthusiasm in giving the client a good name (branding)
8. additional technical skills - like HTML so they can help customers with getting data into our system using HTTP Post
9 QA experience would be good also (will be prioritized if with experience)



TIME OF OPERATIONS / WORK HOURS:

60 hours per week 8am EST to 5pm PST. If not possible then we will start the new hires at 40 hours and eventually we will add a second person so that we have 8am EST to 5pm PST coverage.

IMPORTANT:
1.) This is an URGENT campaign. During the hiring process we require a Skype interview to further validate qualifications including internet connectivity.
2.) Only bid for $3.60 (not more than $4.00 total in which $0.40 will go to Odesk) Bids more than $3.60 total will be less prioritized or declined.
3.) Must have a DSL internet LINE (not wifi or phone tethering). Internet connection must be proven STABLE w/ speed of 1.6Mbps or above.
