Job Description

I've just discovered Salesforce, and would like to to develop a helpdesk/support ticketing module within the larger CRM, for my website.

At this moment the design and outline for the ticketing system is pretty much simple and clear. I would like someone to work with, that will help develop the ticketing system that would very nicely integrate into the larger CRM as we go along.

Hopefully to work with the same developer in customizing and using the CRM to it's full potential.
