We are a start-up that is seeking a US based Office Manager to manage, assist & direct our projects within our company. Our team consists of two founders, sales president, CTO & a few sales people.
We are only interested in intelligent people that are responsible, passionate & takes initiative. You would manage all of the following tasks daily.
- Oversee all daily goals & objectives
- Manage & keep everyone's schedule & ensure each team member is on task
- Manage vendors to obtain quotes & manage pipeline of business
- Manage all licensing
- Manage all payroll aspects
- Manage all vendor contracts
- Should be skilled in social media, WordPress & blogging
- Should be able to manage all aspects of marketing
The right person would be able to manage all of the above & eager for more. We are seeking a temp to permanent hire position - again we are only looking for US Based talent.
