Highly Successful Real Estate Broker in the US is seeking a Administrative Assistant with Sales & Marketing experience. Must have great English speaking and writing skills. Experience in the following areas are a must for this opportunity. Have managed a CRM, Customer Relations Management data base tool to organize and track a large group or prospects. Illustrator and Photo Shop experience to create flyers, post cards & direct mail, manage photo sizes and resolution. Create & Manage real estate listings in Multiple Listing System. Experienced Email Marketing having used IContact, Mail Chimp or similar.
Has great telephone voice for assisting in follow up calls, mortgage and closing process, customer appointments, travel planning assistance etc. Ability to create professional newsletters and content writing. Experience in understanding the terminology and processes associated with real estate in the US is a plus. Must be available to work US Hours EST from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
