Job Description

Looking for a great WordPress professional programmer to help build up our WordPress-sites and then if we co-operate well continue to develop them. You must have experience in designing/Programming/implementing advanced programmed WordPress sites with databases, building api:s to other web services, integration with email-services and samples of previous work done with personalized webpages. Ability to co-operate with our current programmer and a plus is if you are being able to advise us regarding SEO, Security, database setup and good design.
This is an hourly position that will be limited to 1 month, as a test. We already have a full time programmer from Odesk that we for certain will keep, there may though be an opportunity for ongoing engagement for the right candidate.
This role reports to our current programmer and also to the CEO. We are a small start up up with 4 people working with this project right now. That means that we all need to be good in what we are doing and taking responsibility for our tasks. You need to be self-driven and self-motivated meaning that you get tasks such as finding a good solution for opt-in email-addresses and sending customized emails to our customer, then do you need to be able to present a solution and then implement so it is ready to use by our customers in a good way. Quality is important and that you are able to following best practices when you are programming so other can understand and develop what you have done. We expect this position to entail roughly 20-40 hours/week, depending what works best for you.
