This job is for experienced Business Development practitioners who will be involved in the
Development of Project Proposals and Business Development Documents, generate sales
lead, market our offerings online, increase our market exposure in Nigeria and globally, assist in bulk marketing, and assist in generating fans on Facebook and Twitter as well as coordinating a
comprehensive social marketing program for us. We are a Real Estate Development and
Marketing company in Nigeria. We have a corporate website and a Property Search
Sale/Marketing platform [though being repackaged] as well individual Facebook, Twitter
and Youtube pages. We have a sister Architectural Design and Construction company. We
have a couple of properties we sell for others and are also developing ours. We need to
reach to the Nigerian customers, customers in the diaspora but willing to buy Nigerian
properties, corporate equity fund partners willing to invest in Nigeria and real estate
brands willing to sell in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate should have deeper understanding of the Building and
Construction/Real Estate Industries and must be able to identify the opportunities as well
as the comprehensive description of the company's ability to deliver to customers the full
benefits. Originality and broad based analytical skill is expected of the candidate who will
have responsibility for formulating business strategies to develop markets for the firms
services and products.
