I am interested in receiving applications from either individuals or firms (anywhere in the world) to assist in setting up a virtual call centre. Although the business has a sales component, the bulk of the business involves HR (human resources) consulting.
The challenge is to integrate the telephony functions with the CRM functions. The telephony side is quite simple. It involves placing &/or receiving calls from clients situated around the world either via various assigned DID’s or Skype + (T-38) fax support.
The CRM and administration poses additional difficulty. Integration must be made with both email, and other documents as well as the recording of telephone calls and appending these calls to the individual records. Further integration requires both scanned documents as faxes on the applicants file.
Since the project is relatively undefined, I am looking for solicitations on the methodology that might be employed, and what the construction might entail.
