Google Apps Script required to Parse emails to a Spreadsheet

We have a website thru which we sell pictures. Our shopping cart software on our website sends us an email each time there is a transaction.

We need a solution that will automatically convert the emails to a spreadsheet either excel or google docs with each field of the email going into its respective column like:
Name. Email. Address. Number. Product Ordered. Etc...
Please note that in the example email above there is only one item ordered, this can change to upto 15 items, so each item will need to be in a separate column

All email is sent and received via Google Apps (gmail)
We use Apple Mac so no Windows / PC Solutions please - only web based or platform agnostic
Your solution will need to either download the email from gmail or access it some other way - No outlook
Ideally we would like a Google Apps Script that would run everyday (scheduled) and write to a Google Spreadsheet
