The site in question is here http://www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk, it runs off standard php/mysql set up. There is admin area for property and listings management and general website functionality.

I would like the functionality to be able to add properties to multiple locations, e.g. Croyde, Woolacombe, etc. via the admin backend, so properties will then display on front end in more than one location. So, for example, currently this property http://www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk/cottage_detail.php?ind_search=Ryders+Cottage&src_1_button_ie=Search only appears under 'willingcott' http://www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk/willingcott_4_bed.php, we would like it to also display under 'woolacombe' http://www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk/woolacombe_mortehoe_putsborough_cottages.php.

The problem i see that may arise is that we may have to reset all proprties and re attachment them to locations - i want to avoid having to do this at all costs!

I would also like to have the default sort order for property listings, such as here http://www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk/cottages-croyde-georgeham.php set to random, via some kind of php script, or such like, so property listings display randomly, instead of a fixed sort order - the user can then change 'Order by number of rooms:' as is currently the case. There are several different listings pages so this would have to be applied to all.

I require a developer with lots of php experience and examples to back this up, have a good level of expertise (all being well and i get the right applicant i have more work to come)
