We are an international company that employs over 60 staff throughout Europe. Due to continue growth, WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE JOB OPENING FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO WORK FULL TIME ON-LINE, 30 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 15:00PM UK TIME)
The role will be based on-line and you must be available Monday to Friday on skype and available to start projects immediately.
Duties will include (but not limited to) the following;
1. Formatting word documents (changing order etc..)
2. Extracting data from documents and converting into Excel
3. Converting PDF to Word documents.
4. Replying to emails
5. Networking on linkedin to find specific skill-set/ experience for our projects in Oil Engineering.
6. Writing advertisements for jobs.
You must be available online on skype Monday to Friday and ready to work on and complete tasks immediately. We require someone with the following abilities;
1. Excellent command of English (oral and written)
2. Excellent skills on Word, Excel, PDF, Text Doc, Outlook
3. Motivated and driven to achieve results.
4. Intelligent and able to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
5. Show initiative and want to work with us long term.
Hours per week: 20 HOURS
Ongoing contract/Permanent after trial period.
