Remote Virtual Tech Support Agent


Facilitate the complete solution for product repair, upgrades, installations and other services using site or phone connections to interact with clients along with remote desktop software. Tutors clients on the operation of their suspects. The Agent takes connects either from the dispatch Agent, an Agent dedicated to interacting with clients via our website or phone channels, or directly from a client through the site. Is expected to personify and uphold the service standards to improve the brand at all times.



Connects and communicates with clients using online or phone portal, and recommends appropriate solutions based on the client's description of the situation and their own diagnosis
Uses excellent verbal and written skills to appropriately greet clients, clarify repair needs, and looks for additional opportunities presented
Recommends upgrades that are appropriate and applicable to the client's needs or desire
Must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers and overcome objections
Flexible in both schedule and work load
Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and client service throughout all client interactions

Performs upgrades, repairs, and applicable installations to client using phone (when applicable), online chat, and remote desktop software
Diagnoses operating system problems, repairs all issues, and removes malware as defined by scopes of work
Performs network setup and troubleshooting
Communicates and trains clients on the proper and optimal use and care of their technology
Recommends appropriate additional solutions to the client
Uses only approved software tools at all times
Have a strong sense of problem resolution and ownership
Provide positive feedback on systems, tools, and procedures
Strong desire for a bilingual candidate


PC Maintenance, repair, and client facing experience
Advanced manual malware removal skills
Networking proficiency -
Ability to diagnosis and repair basic issues in the Mac OS or Windows environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can work a dynamic, flexible schedule, that includes Holidays, overnights, and weekends

Ability to work with limited or no supervision and in physical isolation, as this is a REMOTE, work from home position

Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where living through challenge and change is a daily requirement
Must have a quiet work environment to make and receive phone calls to clients
