Spanish prestashop, wordpress, magento or cpanel email support (office hours in spain)
We are searching 1-2 persons to provide tech support in spanish for issues related mostly to cpanel, prestashop, wordpress, magento and moodle, and email clients like outlook.
The support will be via kayako help desk. You will receive notifications of tickets via email, and can reply also with mobile app (ios, android, blackberry, windows phone).
If the service is ok and we have good references from our clients we will hire you permanently.
Capacity for resolving basic sales questions is desired, but not required.
Please explain us your experience in the required skills when introducing yourself, and do it in spanish as the job requires spanish to be executed.
