Nutrition/Medical Research Data Entry in Drupal

Nutrition/Medical Research Data Entry in Drupal

Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.

Job Description

Log into NCBI (pubmed.gov) using provided login credentials and use saved searches to pull up lists of research studies. Intelligently read abstracts of studies and assess which category (from a list of provided categories) the studies would be tagged with. Copy select information from each entry into a database hosted on a Drupal website, and select the appropriate category tag for the entry.

Knowledge of Drupal is a plus but is definitely not required. The level of skill associated with using Drupal is minimal. I will need to conduct a paid training of 1/2 to 1 hr to get you started, using gotowebinar at a mutually convenient time. I am on EDT.

The most important skill required is the ability to read the abstracts of the research studies and appropriately decide which category (or categories) they should be tagged with. The main topics are nutrition and disease, so you will need to review the studies how they should best be tagged.

As part of your reply to this application, could you please read these two abstracts and tell me which categories you would tag them with? (It could be more than one if you think it's appropriate).
