Job Description

WE are a Canadian company looking for Australian part-time interviewers who can work during the day for 3 to 6 hours.

YOU are a well-educated individual looking for a home-based, enriching job.
The job: This is not a telemarketing gig. We have a few openings for well-paid part-time jobs, with no selling required.

The work: You will be contacting a handful of decision makers who purchase large amounts from our client (a well-known public company). With each person, you will strive to establish a trusting and meaningful phone dialogue to inquire about their satisfaction level and get their suggestions on service improvements. Of course, you will need to be productive but this is not a quota driven environment. Quality is the essential consideration.

YOU speak and write English perfectly.
YOU like people and have extraordinary listening skills.
YOU have a probing mind and are genuinely interested in continuous quality improvement.
YOU are reliable. If you say you will work 30 hours this week, we will expect you to keep your commitment.
YOU are detail-oriented.
