Job Description

We are a growing music lesson company in the United States and are looking for someone to handle our daily customer support emails.

At the moment the weekly hours are minimal but they will be increasing as we grow. Right now we have a need for about 3-15 hours per week.

Customer service experience required. Strong English skills required.

Based on tracking our own results, we expect that you will be able to handle 15 customer service emails or more per hour.
