Job Description

We need someone to respond to customer inquiries within a 24 hour period. This position is to support a web-based software tool developed in PHP.

If you are hired for this position, you will be given a list of "frequently asked questions" compiled from recent support tickets. You will also be given the proper response to these questions.



Writing skills are required. Basic programming skills are a plus.
