I am seeking an energetic and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team, high touch customer service to our clients and prospects, and assist in marketing and advertising.
Applicants must have a strong customer service orientation and possess first-rate communication and people skills. You must be proficient with Windows-based and MS programs, Internet navigation and have the ability to learn new, industry-specific software programs. Minimum 2 years' experience working in the real estate, legal or mortgage industries is required.
What you’ll do:
Provide general admin duties; such as, typing, filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.
Create and prepare various real estate related ads
Responding to customer's emails
Enter and update rental listing in our listing database
Collect, verify, and upload building data and policies
Receive, sort and route mail, e-mail, voice messages accurately and efficiently to appropriate party.
Assist in special projects as needed
Schedule showings and appointments
Review photos, descriptions, and ads on various website
Update the rental listings and ads into various social media channels
Be a buffer for standard questions
Conduct research for newsletter
