Job Description

Hi, my name is Kevin and I am looking for a rockstar assistant to setup appointments, manage projects, and oversee operations.

I'm a very creative and free-spirited person so I need someone who is very structured and organized to "run the show" and make sure that everything is being attended to.

About me (and the business)....

I am an author and relationship coach. I have an ebook and several other products and services to help people that are going through heartbreak. People call me "The Breakup Doctor"

About you (and what I'm looking for)....

I am looking for someone to reach out to new customers who have purchased my book and establish a relationship with them.

After that, I want you to follow up with them and offer them additional products and services (mostly in the form of private 1 on 1 coaching)

I want you to genuinely care about them and their struggles and present them with an opportunity to work with me personally to help them with their situation

In business terms, this would be called "setting appointments" and "upselling"

However, I try to do things with a personal touch so if you're looking for a boring telemarketing job where you just read a script, this is NOT for you.

I do have a script in place to make it easy to learn but your success will come down to owning the script and making it your own.

If you're freaking out when hearing the word script, don't worry. There is absolutely NO cold-calling nvolved!

Everyone you will be talking to is a warm lead that has been exposed to me and my work already. The only thing you have to do is show them why my services would be beneficial to them and their situation. You DO have to sell but you also have the opportunity to truly connect with people and make a difference in the world... every day.

If you're the right person for the job, this could lead to a permanent part-time position of about 10-25 hrs a week.

Here's what I'm looking for...

I'm looking for someone who's very personal and sincere on the phone. The customers will tell you everything you need to know, you just have to listen and be genuine and caring.

I'm looking for someone who is very organized and detailed-oriented because you will be corresponding with customers through emails, setting appointments in my google calendar with various time zones, as well as handling billing, refunds, and customer service.

So those 2 things are what I'm looking for in an assistant.

Ideally, I would also want someone who can manage projects and oversee operations in order to ensure that everything is moving forward.

I am the typical entrepreneur type and am always juggling a million things at once so I need someone who can bring structure and order.

The Tech Stuff:

I am currently working with aweber, 1shoppingcart and salesforce.

I will be integrating into Office Autopilot over the course of the next year in order to have everything under one system to make it easier for everyone.
