As a web support analyst, you'll be the first contact for advising, troubleshooting and improving consumer-based websites for extremely visible brands created and serviced by a growing UK-based global marketing firm with a hub in Chicago. Greatest challenge: answering basic questions and giving rudimentary advice about login issues to people around the world via telephone. Greatest reward: helping to consult designers and developers who work with some of the world's most recognizable advertisers; getting in on the ground floor of the US expansion of a global UK-based marketing firm.
