Andriod Google Map - Display 6,000 point from KML

Job Description

Have a KML file I need to display statically with the Google Maps Application on Android (for tablets). The KML file has Approx 6,000 geo points for Fire Hydrants. This needs to be displayed as a static overlay on Google Maps (offline as well) and hopefully Navigation. Do not want a new application to launch or use, would like this to be integrated with already existing Google Maps and Navigation.

KML file can be located at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/31421184/doc.kml

End goal is to have these Fire Hydrants from the KML file display at all times within Google Maps.

I am looking for a solution to modify the capability of already existing Google Maps\Navigation application on Android. Would like a tool or application that can import the KML file and allow it to statically show ALL point on GMaps.

Application in use is CADPage (can be found on play.google.com) This application calls for GMap for navigation and Mapping. Solution MUST import KML geo-points into Google Maps and continue to use the google map UI. Do NOT want new application\interface. This Solution will not have to interact or change anything with CADPage, strictly Gmaps only.

We have attempted to import KML as "My Place" in Google Maps, however Google limits to only 1,000 not the 6,000+ we need. Need to be able to have ALL 6,044 points show on Google Maps.

Other limitation this need to address, Overlay or My Places only display on GMaps with select and will change view.. Need these Geo-Pionts from the KML to ALWAYS display on the map. Do not the ability to hide or not display or have to turn back on. We need these to be static on the Google Maps at all time on the mobile device.

Additional Info:
We have been able to successfully import the KML file into Google Fusion and have it map and display everything properly. However, there appear to be no way to take this from fusion and use with Gmap. This may be an option if able to merge these two.
