Job Description

I'm looking for a Motivated Virtual Assistant to work with for a long period of time based on performance. This individual should be committed to excellence while completing the tasks below.

Previous experience in real estate virtual assisting is a must. Applicants from the Philippines are highly desired.

Your qualifications:

- Previous experience with FreedomSoft prefered
- Previous experience as a real estate wholesale administrative assistant preferred
- Previous experience with For Sale By Owner (FSBO) deals prefered
- Have a firm understanding of MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer) and ARV (After Repaired Value)
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail is a must
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred or Linkedin

Task an Duties:

- Handle Incoming and outgoing calls
- Use Magic Jack, Google Voice or Skype (be able to call US numbers)
- Be able to send and receive faxes (online or offline)
- Research Wholesale Properties online
- Get Inventory Listings of Home Builders
- Take seller leads over the phone

THE TASKS BELOW ARE ALL DONE USING ONE SIMPLE SOFTWARE (will train)

* Run Comps
* Make offers
* Post Ads on properties for Buyers (Classified Ads Online and local)
* E-mail Handling
* Contacts management
* Build buyers and sellers list (screen them daily)
* Preparing flyers, postcards and other promotional materials
* Maintain pre-made selling and buying websites
* Use social media to drive traffic to your buyers list "squeeze pages"
* Coordinating paperwork and closings (contracts)


Bonus: $1,000 for every closed deal you put together.
