Our company is looking for a professional and experienced person to serve as a recruiter who will work with us to bring in qualified applicants to our company. We are a small marketing company looking to grow and we feel the best way to do this is to put together a great team of people. Your job will be to help us do this.
Your primary function will be to locate and recruit qualified sales representatives to join our sales team and sell our marketing services for us. You will be recruiting sales reps nationwide but each month will be given a list of cities to concentrate on.
Your primary job activities will include (but not be limited to):
> Submitting job to certain online classified sites
> Submitting job to free job boards online
> Locating offline print media that allows free ads to be sumbitted
> Create, write, and submit ads for recruitment
> Locating and utilizing other recruiting tools and resources to use
> Seeking out candidates via LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook, and other social sites
> You will also be responsible for coming up with creative ideas yourself in order to locate qualified candidates and get them to apply
> Doing web research to locate new online places to post job to
> You will be responsible for tracking your recruiting activities and report them to us along with your results on a regular basis
Once they have applied then our sales manager will go through them and interview and hire the ones that meet our standards. We have our own list of ways to promote our job not mentioned in this job post but we wanted to test and see how creative and resourceful you are.
