Job offered: Looking for Moodle End-User Support

Type: Contract
Location: Telecommute

Exploring options for supporting Moodle End Users with the typical issues such as:

Forgotten Usernames/Passwords
Help with browsers (pop-up blocks)
Password reset
General/Typical Browser and Moodle Issues

Need a cost effective solution so that users could have access to support via email and telephone contact. Should have solid moodle/customer support skills. Would need to be available typical work hours EST and as arranged/needed.
