The successful candidate will develop a repeatable and predictable sales process to achieve aggressive targets. This is a base plus commission position with a tremendous earning potential.

Generating leads and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Research, Respond & Follow-up on suitable Solution/Service opportunities on platforms such as ODesk & Elance
Meet Weekly/Monthly sales targets
Participate in online & offline events to inform the business community about our services
Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies
Increasing online presence through social profiles

2-3 years of experience in selling IT services and solutions to small and large organizations
Proficient in developing Sales/Marketing strategy to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
Demonstrated experience in selling a combination of the following IT services is a MUST:
- Custom Software Development (Web/Mobile/Business Intelligence solutions)
- Managed Services (Offsite/Offshore)
Excellent communication and people skills
Successful project bidding experience on ODesk & Elance is a plus
Highly Detail oriented with a professional demeanor
High energy and drive
