Job Description

We are seeking a customer service agent to perform the following tasks for 1-2 hours per day, Monday thru Friday.



The job involves emailing and sometimes calling customers. You must have the ability to speak english in a clear and understandable manner.

We also require quick typing skills and experience with wordpress, google, gmail, google drive and google calendar.

Strong organizational skills are a music. Typing speed must be over 70 WPM.

Experience in project management as a CSR representative is an asset.

You will also handle customer contracts and ensure they have completed various tasks in a timeline. At any given time you will be handling 100+ customers with roughly 50-100 emails per day.

We are seeking a permanent CSR to join our team. You must also be free for a regular skype meeting.
