Job Description

Busy Real Estate office seeks Director of Communications for Agents and Staff

DC will provide administrative support utilizing our Database, Social Media platforms to distribute information to our associates.

Depending on the VA's skills, they may also be involved with the following tasks:
 Schedule new agent 1 on 1 orientation with new KWST associates to assist agent with the following: eEdge Website Setup, eAgentC Website Setup, order business cards, order name badge, email setup, email setup, upload agent photo to, assist with import of database to eEdge
 Terminate agents in rosters, mailboxes, GTAR, DBPR, etc. when they leave KW
 Monthly training calendar generation, distribution, scheduling, and coordination with instructors
 Assist with the generation and distribution of materials for ALC and Team meetings
 Contact trainers to confirm schedule and determine training room needs
 Schedule and facilitate sessions with vendors/affiliates
 Assist Team Leader with regular contacts with agent partners
 Facilitate distribution of printed materials as needed
 Attend staff meetings (via skype)
 Facilitate/Coordinate the smooth transition of agents for transfer agents
 Assist in planning and executing major events such as parties and awards banquet
 Have knowledge of all major systems and procedures or ability to delegate when necessary
 Facilitate notifying agents regarding status of license renewal dates
 Assist MCA with paperless system for agent records
 Title report weekly to MCA and VanDyk and Hillsborough Title
 Greensheet report weekly to TL
 Other duties as assigned by Team Leader or MCA
