Job Description

We have a MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Online system in place and we need some updates and ongoing support. Here are the issues that we're currently facing:

We upgraded to the december 2012 new forms experience, but it is not displaying properly. The new forms display, but the new experience does not.

We receive an error when switching between opportunities and leads:
