Opportunity at Start-Up!
We are looking for a customer support person in the Bay Area, CA, to respond to customer's emails related to our company and product. Most email replies can use a form response. This person may also be asked to help manage our social media sites and do minor administrative work.
The hours are flexible, but we are looking for email handling for up to 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. And possibly small blocks of time on weekends, depending on traffic. Familiarity with marketing and customer support is preferred.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software/social media sites: Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Google, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter and Skype.
