We are looking for a bookkeeper for our real estate business with Odesk history to support experience. As of right now we only predict between 1-5 hours of work a week, until business begins to pick up. Bookkeeper must have the following qualifications at a minimum;
1. Great attention to detail and flexible with responsibilities.
2. Keep track of current transactions, recurring bills using quicken
3. Update excel sheet (with knowledge of formulas) to track current expenditures on our construction projects and to make sure we are within budget.
4. Make recommendations when you see that there is a more efficient way to operate.
5. Over 100 hours of Odesk bookkeeping experience.
