Iif you are really and highly customer oriented person, with great troubleshooting technical skills, then you are the right candidate !

We are looking for someone with strong skills in
-Troubleshooting skills : Go beyond customers expectations
- CSS/HTML and basic to medium knowledge of JAVASCRIPT
- PHP/MYSQL knowledge would be also a plus !

You will be providing Technical Support via Forum , email and Chat

This is a webmaster tool so you must have some experience on web design /development and troubleshooting common web coding problems in order to help our users

Our candidate should
-Be great team player
-Show strong customer service background: You must strive to provide the best solution to our customers
-Be reliable and show attention to details
- Have a strong common sense to analize issues and respond accordingly
- Be highly proactive.

MUST also have:
-Excellent English grammar.
- Fast Typing skills

You will be also managing minor billing problems, so we need you to always show professionalism and great English Grammar skills while writing

-IMPORTANT!: You should dedicate around 8 hrs to this job between the time frame 8am - 8pm USA-EST . Monday-Friday

This is very important though we are a 24/7 support team , but 65% of the your time should be dedicated to this job within that time frame
