I am looking for a script that will allow me to take raw CSV/Excel and output an specifically-formatted matrix of data in Microsoft Excel. I hoping this will be in Python as I would like to eventually incorporate this into a larger program that uses pandas (http://pandas.pydata.org/).

The CSV/Excel file comes in a specific format and has a variable number of columns. I would like to import this into SQLite database and have the ability to specify which columns are "NPS"-type columns. This is easy enough in Excel with a COUNTIF function, but becomes more difficult when you want to filter by another column. (e.g. for all instances where Column X is equal to 3)

I would need the ability to filter the data by 1, 2 or 3 additional columns.

The output matrix would always be four rows; columns will vary based on the number of "NPS"-type columns specified.

Looking for someone with excellent English fluency. Experience with pandas/Python-to-Excel output experience.
