We need AN EXPERT with extensive Zendesk knowledge to setup and implement.
1) Implement Zendesk integration between Gmail / Zendesk accounts
2) Set up Triggers and Macros
3) Make sure the service level reports are working properly
4) Create a basic how to information for agents and supervisors.
5) Conduct web-based training for our agents and supervisors.
