Job Description

We are looking for someone who specializes and is familiar with the Salesforce CRM platform.
We are looking for an expert that can help with daily administration tasks of platform and integration of information into system
Ideally we are looking for an individual that has dealt with an Insurance agency implementation into Salesforce.

The person in this role will be responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of our Salesforce org.


Support Salesforce end users by creating a training functionality, troubleshooting issues, identifying system enhancement opportunities and working with our internal development/implementation team to resolve issues and incorporate functionality into the roadmap.
Manage deployment of new functionality between development and production environments.
Execute all configuration changes and proactively monitor system configuration and controls for initial set-up
Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to confirm functionality meets business needs.
Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
Develop and maintain naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc, to improve system usability.

Perform mass data imports and station set-ups
Perform manual or automated data entry/clean-up as required.


1 - 3 years of related CRM system administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
