Full Time Customer Service Email Marketing Virtual Assistant
I am looking for a full time customer service or virtual assistant for an online shop.
The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in customer service for an ecommerce company.
The job will involve handling emails, complains from the customer to start with, and will involve facebook/twitter/pinterest management and live chat later.
We will provide training for specific questions, and the employee will join our company's group list and use our internal ERP system.
Please note that this is a full time position with potential to grow with an established but growing company. We are looking for future leaders in customer service and SNS marketing. The employee will work together with other staff around the globe remotely.
