Job Description

We are seeking about 5 to 10 hours a week support to follow up on insurance claims and getting them processed faster. That means looking at claims that have been sitting for a while and getting them done and closed. That also means taking new claims and pushing them along at a fast rate.

Must be able to use efax, speak professionally on the phone, conference calls with 3 parties, write professional letters to mail out, coordinate inspection schedules and follow up with customers to give an update, taking dictation and sending that dictation into quick fax, email or phone call.

Requirements -
1. You must work during USA Pacific Standard times.
2. Skype/headset
3. Availability M-Friday 9-5pm
4. Speak Clear English
5. Write proper English
6. Be very well organized.
7. Be able to work well with software like Sage Act Pro, eFax, Postal Methods.
