Job Description

Bare Associates International is a Global company specialized in mystery shopping and customer research projects. We have many international clients in the field of automotive, retail, distribution, telecom, hotel etc.

In order to expand our team, we’re looking for freelance editors to check and correct mystery customer research reports. The project for which we are looking to outsource the editing work will be spread over 3 months (May, September, November) during which we would require your availability.

We expect you to have a thorough spelling and grammatical knowledge of at least two languages (Finnish/English). Additonal language knowledge will be regarded as a bonus.
We are looking for flexible and stress resistant candidates who are capable of coping with strict deadlines and who combine great analytical capabilities together with excellent typing skills.

In order to assure the reports submitted by our Mystery shoppers meet the high quality standards which Bare International promises their clients, you will be required to check the reports on:

• Check/correct reports on spelling, language, grammar
• Check reports on inconsistencies/contradictions
• Check reports for scenario breaches, instructions not followed and flag them to BARE
• Ensure a professional lay-out
• Check the relevance of the information provided
• Check additional specific project instructions (pictures, receipts, sound files)

Time management is extremely important. As an editor you will be required to review reports within a specific time, which we call the “turnaround time”.
In order for you to meet these timings, we expect an availability of more or less 15 hours per week spread out over different days. You will be paid a fixed edit fee for every reviewed report and payments are done on a monthly basis.
