Sales Executive / Business Development Account Manager
We are an online marketing consultancy business that deal with internet marketing, social media marketing, social media management, Marketing consultancy, reputation management, website development, website designs, Graphic designs....
The company is planning further expansion and now has opportunities for ambitious and result orientated individuals to help take the company forward. The role will be ONLINE based and the Sales Executive / Business Development Account Manager will be responsible for the acquisition of new business opportunities through identifying and progressing new vendor relationships and driving marketing campaigns into a well established customer base to expand the Company's position with regards to providing Online Marketing solutions.
a) Creating Account Development Plans with key decision makers within their customer's organisations.
b) Ascertaining the extent of new prospect's requirements for business and credit information and the renewal timing of their existing contract.
c) Proposing a suitable package and pricing (initially with managerial help).
d) Where appropriate, referring the prospect to the Sales Director for a face-to-face meeting.
e) Building and organising a monthly pipeline of prospects.
f) Reporting progress with leads and activities on a daily/weekly basis.
g) Meeting monthly activity and new business targets.
h) Ensuring all customer activity is accurately recorded on their Customer Relations Management system( We use Sales force). BONUS skill: Have knowledge/experience of using salesforce.
i) Giving input into the business of marketing opportunities and product development opportunities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) The ideal candidate will have a proven sales ability and be happy to be measured on their performance.
b) They will be a confident, self-motivated individual with an excellent telephone manner and a bright and positive personality.
c) They will be persuasive and tenacious without coming over as too 'pushy'.
d) Good organisation and time management as well as excellent PC, Outlook, Excel and Internet skills are essential.
e) Additionally, a candidate with good business and commercial acumen is more likely to succeed in the role.
f) You must have a minimum of two / three years proven sales/business development experience
g) Have worked in the Online marketing sector.
OUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS ARE BASED IN UK MAINLY SO YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK UK TIME (GMT)
We are opened to Fixed Monthly salary so also include hourly and monthly rates (at least 30hrs a week) with your application
