Integrate Sage ACT database with Kayako Help desksoftware
Knowledge of sage ACT sdk is important. We utilize a kayako fusion help desk software version 4.0. Kayako has a my sql backend. Must be compatible with Sage ACT 2013
We would like to create a utility where a kayako ticket can be initiated from a sage aCT database contact.
We would like to view kayako helpdesk tickets from within the sage ACT contact window on a dedicated tab.
We would like a Kayako centric view within Sage ACT. For example, ACT has Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, we would like a view that says help desk tickets.
