Cancelled

Job Description

You will need to make an introduction (100 words) about an email header and the benefits behind, such as, find source of the email, verify the legitimacy of the person and where the email came from, etc, etc.

You will need to provide instructions on how to get headers from the following email providers:

Gmail
Hotmail
Yahoo
AOL
Outlook 2010
GMX

See example here http://kb.mediatemple.net/questions/893/How+do+I+view+email+headers+for+a+message%3F

"What is an email header?

"The email header is the information that travels with every email, containing details about the sender, route and receiver. It is like a flight ticket: it can tell you who booked it (who sent the email), the departure information (when the email was sent), the route (from where it was sent and how did it arrive to you) and arrival details (who is the receiver and when it was received). As when you would book a flight ticket with a false identity, the same goes for emails: the sender can partially fake these details, pretending that the email was sent from a different account (common practice for spammers or viruses). As you will verify, it’s quite easy to find this information online, however, I would like for the instructions to be provided with a screenshot, squares for all email providers. This also goes for the introduction when you will be explaining what is/how it looks the email header. Feel free to use your imagination. I'm mostly looking for design and presentation.

Please be aware that you will need to register in some of them as I want for the screenshots/instructions not to be copied from somewhere else. Please insert "headers" at the beginning of the application. This will tel me who read all the instructions.

Please let me know if there's any questions / problems with the type of the order.

Do not take the assignment if you're not able to do it. Do not underestimate yourself.

Thank you
