Our 15+ year old business currently runs MYOB Accounting Edge V11 for MAC.
Assess and understand business operation and business files
Build New Company File / Chart of Accounts
Clean files and update to ensure it works efficiently with our new business operating system
Manage the transition of data from the old company file to the new company file on completion of the set up of the new system
o Enter all inventory from our new product price list.
o Our inventory will need to be managed across 3 locations
o Our inventory will need to have 4 – 5 price levels
o If possible integrate with web store that will be powered by Magento
o Create inventory reporting templates/re-order systems
o Create barcoding system
o Advise on mobile solution for location management and sales/ barcoding system
o Create links from MYOB to our excel based price list that updates prices if change in MYOB.
o Refine tax codes based on our new business structure.
o Create new customer and supplier list
o Make available on mobile devices
o Integrate our bank accounts and credit cards with our file
o Invoicing can be done on mobile devices
o Set up sales report templates
