Job Description

Customer service assistant for Christian Philippines-related website who must have:

Desktop computer ONLY (no laptop).

- related customer service work experience
- high speed internet connection (with backup)
- can take outbound and inbound calls
- willing to work on flexible hours including very early mornings during weekdays and long hours during weekends
- comfortable in using computer applications
- committed and reliable
- willing to work even during weekends
- ability to compose own customer service email responses
- really care about the customers who are calling in
- able to take direct criticism to improve their skills
- wants to take responsibility
- must use English past tense correctly
- must speak Filipino and English
- interested in working 50+ hours/wk and not overburdened by family or other jobs

The pay range is from $1.50-$3.25 depending on your experience. Any applications above this range will not be considered. We also have monthly bonuses when the website is profitable.

** This is for a long term job. If you do good on the 3 day training and 3 day trial period, you will have the chance to work with us full time. If you are not interested in working with us for 2 or more years, please do not apply.
