I am searching for a personal assistant.
One that can organize my business, appointments/calendar, emails, billing and accounts.
MYOB would be nice to have however it may also be hiring someone to do this and liaising with that person to ensure it gets done.
i would also need to recruit staff for small tasks to help with the running and design of my websites.
Generally I need help to organize my working life so that everything runs smoothly.
You will need to be highly organized, efficient and accurate as I study, work and run a couple of small businesses which I am trying to grow.
You will have experience and be able to multi task.
An understanding of websites, marketing and social media marketing will also be an advantage. I use wordpress so it would be a great advantage if you had a good understanding of this.
