Telemarketer / Virtual Assistant / Appointment-Setter
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) with excellent customer service skills for our online member-based marketing company.
We have a member-based B2B website with nearly 3000 members and the number of the members increase on a daily basis. One of the major tasks of our VA is to call our members for two purpose: 1. Welcome the members; 2. up-sell / upgrade membership.
- Member Welcome calls.
- Up-sell / Upgrade members to paid membership or other paid services.
- General member support.
- Online Marketing / Social Network Marketing.
- Data Entry (spreadsheets & word docs).
- Operate Online Live Chat Support.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Fluent in English (Read & Speak).
- Fluent Basic Computer Skills.
- MS Office, Word & Powerpoint.
- Social Media Experience (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Internet Marketing Basics.
Required Hardware / Software:
- Windows 7 or 8.
- Google Chrome 31+ or Firefox 24+ Browsers.
This position has the potential to become the Head of the Customer Service Department with 40 hrs/wk
