Development of a back end database and inspection tool for a building consultancy and certification business, which will include the following:
1. Jobs Table
2. Contacts & Companies Table
3. Calendar with sync to Google calendar or ICal and facility to easily book inspections
4. Staff Table (allocate privileges)
5. Quotes & Invoicing with links to either MYOB or XERO
6. Document and plan storage (with possibility of electronically stamping documents either externally or within filemaker)
7. Collaboration with website for inspection bookings, quotes and job applications.
8. Develop an inspection tool with similar function to accela inspection app using filemaker go. Filemaker Go is to be set up with sync function so that data can be stored offline. Need to be able to view plans and job documents when out in the field.
9. Set up of filemaker server in order for ipad and multiple computer connectivity.
All templetes/documents have already been prepared in filemaker. A base platform has partly been developed with Seedcode which can be used as an example for the design of the new system.
