Expertise with Cisco Voice: VOIP Support & Implementation, Call Manager (versions 7.0 – 9.0), Call Connector, Call Manager Express, UC500, Unity, Unity Connection, Unity Express, and Dial Plan design.
Expertise with Meeting Place and CVP will be an add-on.
Expertise with Voice Protocols and Media: Voice Codec troubleshooting and design.
