I am looking for a person who's got experience with customer support, as I've got a spot open for customer email support.
The only requirements are that you've got to be experienced with dealing with customers and pre-customers and everything that comes with that. (Dealing with questions about our service - but also about how to use it if they're experiencing problems)
Furthermore, it's important that you know that the product is technical - So it is a requirement that you're able to learn technical resolutions fast.
