Job Description

UK based property Developer requires an individual to provide assistance in the automation and systemisation of the office admin and operations manual for my property business.

I need someone with the technical skills to write instruction manuals and training guides as well as full administrative support.

I also run a personal development coaching company so experience of social media/networking and marketing would be an advantage along with an ability to write articles and creatively to allow me to grow the business further.

My ideal situation would be to have a keen to learn and professional person who can help automate and simplify the running of my property business through writing a training manual of systems and then continue to upkeep and data analysing/entry. This will in turn free up my time to grow and optimise my personal coaching/development company through social media and marketing to increase the companies profile. Again there will then be an ongoing need for someone to help upkeep and support this growth as well as help with all admin that goes with this.
This is my ideal.
If i can find an individual with the required skills with whom i can build a great ongoing relationship with then great but I am aware that i may need a coupe of individuals to carry out each of the areas required. I'm fully prepared to help the successful applicant develop any job specific skills/knowledge that is needed. The most important element is eagerness to learn/enthusiasm, a positive attitude and professionalism.
