RESPONSIVE TEMPLATES - OVERVIEW

Trellis Desk is a powerful and robust help desk solution allowing our customers to quickly and easily submit support tickets to our support staff.

While we love this powerful tool, we need to mobilize it so that both our guests and staff can use it from tablets and mobile phones.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
-------------------------------------

Trellis Desk currently works extremely well on standard laptops, we have even modified to work on iPad, but we need a more robust multi-device mobile template upgrade.

We want the chosen contractor to develop a completely responsive template for both the GUEST/MEMBER SIDE and the ADMIN SIDE of Trellis Desk.

The final templates, will allow our guests and staff to use any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer to post tickets, respond to tickets, use the knowledgebase features, etc. Basically, every main feature of the GUEST/MEMBER SIDE must be responsive, and all but function required to manage and respond to tickets, post announcements, add/edit departments, add/edit articles, etc. on the ADMIN SIDE must also be made responsive.


1 - The new template should be similar to the JingleSPOT "DEMO" template:

2 - We do NOT want the desk icon at the left top of display.

3 - The new GUEST/MEMBER SIDE template should have the same
features as the DEMO.

4 - The new ADMIN SIDE should have the same features as the
ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.

5 - Logo insertion should be very simple, currently, we save a new logo
with the same file name as the original, and place it in the same location.

6 - Logo size should also be responsive to the display area. With mobile
phone size set to 300px wide max.

7 - The new GUEST/MEMBER SIDE template, must display the notice:

Contractor will be provided with access to the DEMO Help Desk ADMIN side, and FTP access to facilitate the development project.

RATING, SELECTION, COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERY
-------------------------------------

This project is expected to be completed within 7 calendar days of contractor selection.

We will select a contractor within 1-3 days of seeing one or more qualified contractor bids.

Contractors with rating less than 3.7 will not be selected, unless we are very impressed with the introduction letter, desire to complete the project on-time, and determination to earn a 5.0 rating from this project.

Project delays will not be acceptable, unless either improved functionality is delivered, or a reduction in price is offered.

No more than one 3 day project extension will be allowed.

Contractor is expected to send project status updates every 2 days. Or the project will be cancelled.
